More than anything we want you to be happy with your purchase! If something doesn’t look or feel right, please email us at hello@hearthandhomedes@gmail.com and we’ll make it right!

1. CANCELLATIONS

We can give you a refund unconditionally if you cancel your purchase within 6 hours. Every cancellation request which is raised later than 6 hours from the purchasing time will not be accepted.

However, please be well-informed that if you cancel order, 30% of your total order value should be charged for the cancellation because we need to pay for management, processing, and transaction fee on Paypal/Stripe.

2. CHANGE ORDER INFORMATION POLICY

If you realize you have made an error in shipping address or purchasing, simply e-mail us as soon as possible. We will support you to correct the information.
Please be noted that: we can only change your order information within 12 hours. You, the customer will void any replacements or refunds if correct shipment information isn't provided within 12 hours.
Please check the order confirmation email which is sent to you right after your order is placed to check all the information.

3. REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Please be reminded that our policy lasts 30 days for replacement/refund request only. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.

Also please be informed that placing an order means that you accept all the terms mentioned below:

At this time we do not offer Return in any case, we just offer replacement. If your item is defective, you don't need to return the original item and we will resend you a replacement for free.

Due to hygiene reasons and the fact that our products are customized, we do not exchange or issue full refund unless an item you received has a major problem. This is when the item is:

  • Significantly different from the description or the preview shown to you;

  • Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;

  • Not what you ordered;

Please be noted that with other cases (not mentioned above) we only offer partial refund (excluding shipping fee)

NOTE:

  • We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or any promotion.

  • We typically DO NOT accept refunds or replacement due to customer's mistakes such as:

    • Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

    • Failing to preview the design carefully to see if it's well set (as all of our printing files are automatically generated exactly the same as the preview on our website)
      So please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct.

Please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.

To file a claim, please send us an email to hello@hearthandhomedes@gmail.com and include the following information (this is a must):

  • Order number

  • Video/ photo of the defective product

  • If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error.

  • If your claim is in regards to a print size or placement issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.

  • If some of your items are missing, please provide us an image of the received package's cover including the detailed shipping label so we can forward to our production department to investigate the problem

  • Full delivery address

  • Contact telephone number

Our support team will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you for no additional cost to you. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).


Shipping Policy

Innovate Decor partners with major international shipping companies like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, Yune Express and EMS who work with local couriers - allowing us to ship direct to your door and proudly offer flat rate world-wide shipping.

You will be charged when your order and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. To help fight credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or cancelled.

Shipping Process

We require between 2-5 working days on average to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier's sort facility. Some items may take longer especially around major holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues. 

Once your order has begun processing through our shipping department we are unable to make any changes (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at check-out. 

We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the difference in manufacturing partners’ locations. 

Tracking

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number when you order is dispatched to the carrier's sort facility. 

For some shipping companies, it can take several days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

While we will do all that we can to make sure you order is delivered on time, Street Style Men cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. and these interruptions can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees:

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. High Entity has no control over these charges, nor can High Entity predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

Customs policies vary widely by country. If you have questions we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information. 

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:

Street Style Men is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.

Note: We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
